TO EMAIL YOUR FILES

AFTER SENDING, please be certain to call us at (707) 578-9442
to notify us that you have emailed files and to provide us
with instructions.

FOR FTP JOB DROP

1. Create a folder labeled with your actual job name, not a coded
   name. This will ensure that the correct job is printed.
2. Include a read-me file with your name, or company name,
   and a phone number.
3. You may include your order instructions in the read-me file
   or fill out the appropriate electronic work order and attach
   it to your folder.
4. Drag and drop this folder into either the "OCE CADD",
   "KIP CADD", "COLOR" or "SMALL FORMAT" folder. You may
   also use FTP Client shareware programs to directly upload
   to our server.
5. Even if you have provided us with instructions, be sure to call
   us at (707) 578-9442 AFTER SENDING. Notify us that you have
   transmitted files, and we will discuss the timing and completion
   of your job.

FTP JOB DROP YOUR FILES TO US

Please note that once your order has been completed your
files will be deleted from our FTP site. If you are looking for a
way to store files on a site that you can access fully yourself, yet
allow limited (you set the limits) access to your consultants or
sub-contractors visit our PlanWell Online Planroom page. This is
a site where you can compile, revise, distribute, and track
your project.

FOR FTP SITE
If you already have a user name and password.

1. If you already have an FTP account, click on the link below
   and enter your user name and password.
2. Be sure to label your folder with the actual job name, not a
   coded name. This will ensure that the correct job is printed.
3. Attach a text file consisting of your order and instructions.
4. AFTER SENDING, please be certain to call us at (707)578-9442
   to notify us that you have transmitted files, and to discuss the
   timing and the completion of your job.
